HISTORY: 

    Samantha Night grew up in Hallow Caves City where she was taken care of by the butler and house maid at her parents' mansion in the city.  The Night family, like most dark and ghost type Pokemon, has eyes that are extremely light sensitive and can easily be damaged by long exposer to bright light. Seeing this major issue, Mr. and Mrs. Night, being a social and inventive couple, were spurred on to create Crystal Clear Eyewear. Their company's products are made to help correct any vision loose, but also to protect the wearer's eyes from too much light. Samantha's parents were away for most of her life, selling their company's products to those in need of them.

    During a majority of her childhood, Samantha was kept at home because she was often sick due to her weak immune system. As a result, she was home schooled up to second grade and at the age of seven the doctor deemed her well enough to attend Hallow Caves Elementary School. It was clear at home that Samantha was a very playful child and that she was most definitely a prankster. Samantha loved to scare her fellow class mates and barter with them, although she always seemed to end up with the much better end. She was extremely outgoing and open for the first few months at school until her vision started to quickly decline. As her vision fell it became harder to read the board and out of embarrassment she refused to tell the house maid, butler, or her parents. A few classmates picked up on her struggle and started using it to pick on and tease her. Samantha's teacher noticed her struggle not that long later and made a call to Mr. and Mrs. Night.

    At the start of third grade, Samantha returned to school with glasses. She never lost her social personality but she became much more guarded and her pranks a little more vicious to her offenders. Over the next few years of elementary school many kids forgot what they had learned about Samantha before and anything they thought they "remembered" was confused or mixed up with what others "remembered." The only person Samantha let in and let stay close was her best friend, Rose. Rose was a Duskull of the same grade who only lived a few doors down. The two are truly inseparable even now that they are both graduated. Though they live far apart currently, they still make sure to write weekly and call almost every day.

    In high school Samantha found that she had a fascination for business and a hunger to take over Crystal Clear Eyewear from her parents. She graduated college with a masters in business before she went to her parents and negotiated their retirement and her recruitment to CEO of their company. For a few years she ran their business all on her own before a sudden decline in health due to stress forced her to set Crystal Clear Eyewear on the back burner and find a relaxing new home to regain her health.
